Stocky Integration

Stocky is being sunset by Shopify. If you still use Stocky, Barcodeman can pull products from your Stocky purchase orders via API key. New users should use CSV upload instead.

Verified

Heads up — Stocky is being sunset by Shopify. New users should not rely on this integration. If you’re migrating off Stocky, use CSV upload instead — you can export your purchase order line items from Stocky and upload them directly to Barcodeman.

What it does

If you still use Stocky for inventory management, you can connect it to Barcode Man. This lets you import products directly from Stocky purchase orders into your printing queue.

How to set up

  1. Go to Settings from the left sidebar.
  2. Scroll down to the Integrations section.
  3. Find the Stocky API Key field.
  4. To get your API key:
    • Go to Stocky
    • Go to Preference, then API access
    • Click Generate new API key
    • Copy the key
  5. Paste the key into the Stocky API Key field in Barcode Man settings.

How to use it

  1. Go to Product label from the left sidebar.
  2. Click the Select button.
  3. Choose From Stocky purchase order.
  4. You will see a list of your Stocky purchase orders.
  5. Select the purchase order you want.
  6. The products from that purchase order will be added to your printing queue.

Good to know

  • You need an active Stocky account to use this feature.
  • The API key only needs to be set up once.
  • Purchase orders are loaded with pagination, so you can browse through many orders.
  • If the API key is wrong or expired, you will see an error. Generate a new key in Stocky and update it in Settings.
