Free and Pro: How to downgrade

  1. Go to the Subscription page.
  2. Click on a lower plan.
  3. The downgrade is scheduled, not instant. It will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

API: Manage or cancel your subscription

  1. Sign in to the BarcodeMan Developer Portal.
  2. Go to Settings → Billing.
  3. Click Manage billing on Stripe.
  4. Update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel the API plan.

Cancelling an API subscription keeps your API access active until the end of the current billing period.

Existing $5.99 Shopify subscriptions

A Shopify store already subscribed to Pro at $5.99/month keeps that price while the subscription remains continuously active. Downgrading to Free, cancelling, or uninstalling BarcodeMan ends the grandfathered subscription. If the store subscribes to Pro again, the current $7.99/month price applies.

A store that has already used its 10-day Pro trial does not receive another trial after cancelling, uninstalling, or resubscribing.
