Subscription and Pricing
BarcodeMan pricing plans — Free (200 labels/month), Pro ($7.99/month with a 10-day Shopify trial), Cloud Print ($14.99/month, Wix), and API ($29/month).
What it does
The Subscription page shows the pricing plans for BarcodeMan. You can see your current plan, compare features, and upgrade to a higher plan.
How to open it
- From the home page, click View pricing options in the “Choose Your Plan” step, or click manage next to your usage display.
- From the Settings page, click Manage Subscription.
Note: Subscription is not in the left sidebar. You can only access it from the home page or Settings.

API — $29/month
- Unlimited monthly API label output

Shopify Pro free trial
Eligible Shopify stores can try Pro free for 10 days before the first charge. Each store can receive the trial once. Cancelling the subscription, uninstalling BarcodeMan, or subscribing again later does not create another trial.
Existing $5.99 Shopify subscriptions
If your Shopify store was already subscribed to Pro at $5.99/month, that price remains in place while the subscription stays continuously active. Cancelling, downgrading to Free, or uninstalling BarcodeMan ends the grandfathered subscription. A later Pro subscription uses the current $7.99/month price.
How to upgrade
Free and Pro
- Go to the Subscription page.
- Find the Pro plan.
- Click the Upgrade button.
- Follow the Shopify checkout to confirm your subscription. Shopify
Cloud Print
- Go to the Subscription page.
- Find the Cloud Print plan and click Upgrade.
- Install the Cloud Print client and link it with a pairing code — see Set up Cloud Print.
API
- Open the BarcodeMan Developer Portal.
- Create a developer account or sign in.
- Subscribe to the API plan from the developer portal.
Good to know
- Free and Pro include customizable templates, SKU generator, Design Editor, and email support.
- Free gives you 200 labels per month; Pro removes the in-app label limit; Cloud Print adds one-click printing to your own printer; API enables programmatic label generation.
- Eligible stores can use one 10-day Pro trial. Reinstalling or resubscribing does not reset trial eligibility. Shopify
- Existing $5.99 Pro subscriptions keep that price only while they remain continuously active. Shopify
- Cloud Print is available on Wix and includes everything in Pro.
- Your label usage resets on the 1st of each month.
- Free and Pro subscriptions are managed through Shopify. A Pro subscription will be automatically cancelled if you uninstall the app. Shopify
- API subscriptions are managed separately through the BarcodeMan Developer Portal.
