Install the client
Download Cloud Print client onto the computer your label printer is attached to, and run the installer.
Enter your pairing code
In BarcodeMan, open Cloud Print settings and generate a pairing code. Type it into the client to link that computer to your store.
Print from the app
Your printers appear in BarcodeMan. Pick one, hit print, and the labels come out — no PDF download, no browser print dialog.
A computer that stays on
The client only prints while that computer is awake and online. A shop counter PC or a Mac mini behind the till is ideal.
A printer this computer can already print to
If it prints a test page from the operating system — USB, network, or Wi-Fi — the client can reach it. Thermal, laser, and inkjet all work.
A Cloud Print plan
Cloud Print is a paid tier of the BarcodeMan app for Wix. The client itself is free; it does nothing without a store subscribed to the plan.
- It waits for label jobs. The client sits in the background and prints what BarcodeMan sends it. It does not read your store data, your files, or anything you print from other applications.
- It never sees your store password. You link it with a pairing code that expires after 15 minutes. Generate a new one any time from Cloud Print settings.
- You can remove it in one step. Uninstall it like any other application, or disconnect the computer from Cloud Print settings inside BarcodeMan.
- Only the print job data leaves your store. The rendered label file, your printer names, and an internal store identifier travel out so the job can reach your printer. Customer and order records are not sent separately, but any customer or order information rendered in the label is included in that file. Your store credentials are never sent. See the detail
