Correct Paper Size for Multi-column Label
Multi-column labels print incorrectly when the paper size in the print dialog is set to the individual label width instead of the total roll width.
Verified
Multi-column labels print incorrectly when the paper size in the print dialog is set to the individual label width instead of the total roll width.
The Rule
Paper size = total roll width x label height.
Example: 2 columns x 25mm = set paper size to 50mm x 15mm, not 25mm x 15mm.
How to Fix
Measure your actual roll width, then set it in the print dialog. If your size isn’t listed, create a custom paper size.
