TOO_MANY_VARIANTS_300 What it does
When you add products to the printing queue, there are limits on how many variants you can select at once.
The limits
- Maximum 300 variants per selection. You cannot select more than 300 variants in one batch. If you try, you will see: “Too many variants selected (max 300)”.
- Products with more than 250 variants are handled differently by the system. You may notice a slight delay when selecting these large products, but the result is the same.
What to do if you hit the limit
- Select up to 300 variants and click Add.
- Go back and select the next batch of variants.
- Repeat until all your products are in the queue.
- There is no limit on the total number of items in the printing queue — only on how many you can add at one time.
Good to know
- The 300 limit applies to variants, not products. A product with 10 variants counts as 10 towards the limit.
- If you select a product with many variants (like 100+), it may take a moment to load all the variant data.
- The footer of the product selection dialog shows “Selected X / 300 variants” so you can track your count.
