What it does
The Set Quantity feature lets you control how many labels to print for each item in your printing queue. By default, each item prints one label. You can increase this number to print multiple copies.
How to use it
- Add products or orders to your printing queue.
- Select the items you want to change (using the checkboxes), or use this for all items.
- Click the Set quantity button in the toolbar.
- Enter the number of labels you want for each selected item.
- The total label count in the “Generate labels” button will update to reflect your changes.
Good to know
- Set Quantity changes the count for all selected items at once. This is a bulk action.
- The total shown on the “Generate labels” button equals the sum of all quantities across all items in the queue.
- For example, if you have 10 products and set quantity to 3 for all, you will generate 30 labels.
- You can set different quantities for different items by selecting them in batches.
