Printer Setup for Sheet Label
Sheet labels (like Avery) print on A4 or Letter paper with a regular inkjet or laser printer. Accuracy depends on matching the paper size and printing at exactly 100% scale — never Fit to page.

Print Dialog Settings
| Setting | Value | | --------------- | ----------------------------------------- | | Paper size | A4 or Letter — match your actual sheet | | Scale | 100% or "Actual size" — this is critical | | Margins | None or Minimum | | Orientation | Portrait (most sheet labels are portrait) |
Steps
- In BarcodeMan, select products and click Generate labels.
- Press Ctrl+P / Cmd+P.
- Select your printer.
- Set Paper size to A4 or Letter (match your label sheets).
- Set Scale to 100%. Do not use "Fit to page" — it will shrink labels and misalign with the pre-cut grid.
- Set Margins to None.
- Print.
Common Issues
- Labels don't line up with the pre-cut grid → Scale is not 100%, or paper size is wrong (e.g., A4 sheet but Letter selected).
- First row is fine but later rows drift → The template margins or gaps don't match your actual sheet. Re-check the Configure settings in BarcodeMan.
- Labels are slightly offset → Some printers have a built-in margin they can't eliminate. Try adjusting the top/left margin in BarcodeMan's Configure dialog by 1-2mm to compensate.
