Image Does Not Show on Label

Your label has an image element but it appears blank or missing when you preview or print.

Common Causes

1. No “Link To” set

The image element is not linked to any data. Select the image on the canvas and set Link To to Product Image, Variant Image, or Custom Image.

2. Product has no image in Shopify

If the product or variant doesn’t have an image uploaded in Shopify admin, the image element will be blank. Upload an image in Shopify first.

3. Using “Variant Image” but variant has no image

In Shopify, variant images are optional. If only the main product has an image, use Product Image instead of Variant Image.

4. Using a metafield image

If you linked to a Product Metafield or Variant Metafield for the image, make sure:

• The metafield type is file (image)
• The metafield has a value set on the product
• The image URL is accessible (not a private/expired link)

5. Custom Image not uploaded

If using Custom Image (static logo), make sure you actually uploaded the image file in the template editor.

Still Not Working?

Try creating a new image element and re-linking it. If the issue persists, check your browser console for errors — the image URL may be blocked by CORS or security settings.
