What it does

When you select products for printing, you can search by name and filter by collection or saved search to find the right products quickly.

  1. In the product selection dialog, type in the Search box.
  2. Results update after a short delay (about 1 second).
  3. The search matches product names.

How to filter

  • Collection — Select a collection from the dropdown (like “VANS”, “NIKE”, “SALE”, etc.) to show only products in that collection.
  • Saved Search — Select a saved search to apply a pre-defined filter.
  • Sort — Change the order of results:
    • Created (newest / oldest first)
    • Updated (newest / oldest first)
    • Title A-Z / Z-A
    • High / Low Inventory
    • Product Type A-Z / Z-A
    • Vendor A-Z / Z-A

Sorting in the printing queue

After products are in the queue, you can sort them by:

  • Name A-Z / Z-A
  • SKU A-Z / Z-A

Good to know

  • Search is disabled when a filter is active. If you select a Collection or Saved Search, the search box becomes disabled. Clear the filter first to search by name.
  • There is a small delay when typing in the search box. This is normal — the app waits until you stop typing before searching.
  • The product list uses pagination. Click Next and Previous to browse through pages.
  • Each product row shows the product name, number of variants, SKU, and barcode. Click the variant count to expand and see individual variants.
