Design label layouts with the visual editor — add text, barcodes, QR codes, and images, then configure paper brand, label size, and margins.

What it does
The template editor lets you design how your labels look. You can add text, barcodes, QR codes, and images to your label. You can also set the label size, paper type, and margins.
How to open it
- Go to Templates from the left sidebar.
- Click on any template name to edit it, or click Create product label template / Create address label template to make a new one.
Editor layout
- Left sidebar — Four element tools: Text, Barcode, QR Code, and Image. Click one to add it to your label.
- Center canvas — This is where you see your label preview. You can click on elements to select them, then drag to move or resize.
- Top toolbar — When you select an element, the toolbar shows formatting options like text color, alignment, layer order, delete, duplicate, undo, redo, and zoom controls.
- Top right buttons — Preview (see how your label will look when printed), Configure (set label size and paper), and Save.
How to add elements
- Click Text to add a text box. You can type static text or link it to product data like product name, price, or SKU.
- Click Barcode to add a barcode. It can show product barcode data.
- Click QR Code to add a QR code.
- Click Image to add an image to your label.
How to configure label size and paper
- Click the Configure button at the top right.
- Step 1 — Label & Paper: Choose your paper brand (Avery, Brother, Dymo, Zebra, or Custom) and paper model (Roll label, Multi-column label, or Sheet label). For sheet labels, set the number of rows and columns, and the sheet size (A4, A5, Letter, or Custom).
- Click Next to go to Step 2.
- Step 2 — Label Size: Set the label width and height, and the margins (left, top, right, bottom). You can choose between Inch and Millimeter. Check “I want set manually” to enter your own values.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
How to preview
- Click the Preview button to see how your label will look when printed.
How to save
- After making changes, click the Save button (purple) at the top right.
Good to know
- The editor uses a visual canvas. You can drag elements to position them on the label.
- Supported paper brands include Avery, Brother, Dymo, Zebra, and custom brands.
- Label models include Roll label, Multi-column label, and Sheet label.
- Sheet labels support A4, A5, Letter, and Custom sheet sizes.
- You can set label dimensions in Inch or Millimeter. 1 inch = 25.4 mm.
- If you use a paper brand template (like Avery), the label size is set automatically. Use “I want set manually” only if you need custom dimensions.
- The template name can be edited by clicking the pencil icon next to it.
