Address label printing

The selection steps below describe BarcodeMan in Shopify.

Address labels use order and customer data. Select an address label template, with text linked to fields such as customer name, street, city, and country.

Import orders and print

New interface

1. Open Address labels → Order selection.
2. Click Import Orders, then From orders or From draft orders.
3. Select the orders and add them to the queue.
4. Edit the quantity beside an order, or choose Change quantity, enter Print quantity, and click Apply to update every order in the queue.
5. If needed, choose Reorder labels, arrange the orders, then click Apply order.
6. Choose an address template in Select a template. Template Design lets you inspect the design.
7. Click Generate [N] labels and choose the printing or download option. On smaller screens, quantity and reorder controls are under More actions.

Earlier interface

1. Open Address labels.
2. Select your address template in 1. Choose template.
3. Under 2. import orders, choose Import → from orders.
4. Select orders in the dialog and click Add.
5. Edit a row’s Quantity, or click Set quantity, enter Print quantity, and click Update to change all rows.
6. Open Generate labels → Print all or Download. For a sheet template, enter Labels to skip and click Set.

To inspect the design before printing, use Generate labels → Edit before print.

Before generating

Add orders, choose an address template, and make sure at least one quantity is above zero. Product templates use different fields and cannot substitute for an address template.
