Subscription and pricing

Open BarcodeMan’s Subscription page to check the plans available to your store. Before subscribing, review the price, billing period, and any trial on the platform’s approval screen.

Open your subscription

In BarcodeMan, open Settings, then Manage Subscription. An older Settings card may label this action Manage. Some home pages also have View pricing options or a manage link beside label usage.

On Shopify, Manage plan on Shopify, when shown, opens Shopify’s plan page. Otherwise, choose a plan in BarcodeMan and follow the Shopify approval steps.

Free and Pro on Shopify

You may see different offers in an older interface and the newer Subscription page:

The Shopify App Store listing still shows the first offer. Check which features your store’s Subscription page offers and which price Shopify asks you to approve. If they disagree, contact hi@gookit.co before approving a change.

In the newer plan set, both Free and Pro include customizable templates, the Design Editor, SKU generation, and email support. Its monthly label counter resets on the first day of each month in UTC. Shopify’s app billing cycle is separate from that usage reset.

Existing Shopify subscriptions

An existing USD 5.99 Pro subscription keeps that price while it remains continuously active. If you end it by cancelling, downgrading to Free, or uninstalling BarcodeMan, a later subscription uses the price offered at that time. Check the approval screen before subscribing again.

If you have another older price, such as USD 4.99, check your active subscription and contact support before changing it. Do not cancel to try to recover or switch to an older rate.

Free trials

The Shopify listing advertises a 10-day Pro trial. Check the approval screen for the trial offered to your store and the first charge date; a trial is not guaranteed in every subscription flow. The trial policy is once per store, so cancelling, reinstalling, or resubscribing does not entitle you to another trial.

Wix and other store platforms

Use BarcodeMan’s Subscription page inside your own store to check Free and paid plan options. A Shopify price or trial does not establish the offer on Wix or BigCommerce.

Cloud Print is available on Wix. Where the USD 14.99/month Cloud Print plan is offered, it includes Pro and sends labels straight to your printer without a PDF download or print dialog. It requires a desktop client on the computer connected to the printer. Follow Set up Cloud Print after subscribing.

API access and billing

API access supports programmatic label generation. Check where you subscribed before changing or cancelling it:

• If your store’s Subscription page offers an API plan, review its features and price there, then approve it through that store platform. Where the USD 29/month API plan is offered on Shopify or Wix, it includes unlimited API label output.
• If you subscribed through the Gookit Developer Portal, manage that separate developer account in Settings → Billing. Its USD 29/month plan includes unlimited label output, PDF and PNG rendering, and template management. Review the Stripe checkout price before subscribing.

A store subscription and a Developer Portal subscription have separate billing. Cancelling or uninstalling a store app does not cancel the Developer Portal subscription.
