Steps
- In BarcodeMan, select products and click Generate labels.
- The PDF opens in your browser. Press Ctrl+P (Windows) or Cmd+P (Mac).
- Select your roll label printer.
- Set Paper size to your exact label dimensions. If your size isn’t listed, create a custom paper size in your printer driver first.
- Set Scale to 100%, Margins to None.
- Print.
Custom Paper Size
If your label size doesn’t appear in the paper size dropdown:
- Mac: In the print dialog, click the paper size dropdown → Manage Custom Sizes → add your label dimensions.
- Windows: Open Printer Preferences from Control Panel → find paper size or form settings → add a custom size.
Common Issues
- Labels too small or too big → Scale is not 100%.
- Labels offset → Paper size in print dialog doesn’t match actual paper.
- Blank output → Printer is set to the wrong media type. For thermal printers, check that the roll is loaded correctly and the sensor detects the label gap.
