Steps

  1. Generate and open your PDF using the steps for your BarcodeMan interface.
  2. Press Ctrl+P / Cmd+P.
  3. Select your printer.
  4. Set Paper size to A4 or Letter (match your label sheets).
  5. Set Scale to 100%. Do not use “Fit to page” — it will shrink labels and misalign with the pre-cut grid.
  6. Set Margins to None.
  7. Print.

Common issues

  • Labels don’t line up with the pre-cut grid → Scale is not 100%, or paper size is wrong (e.g., A4 sheet but Letter selected).
  • First row is fine but later rows drift → The template margins or gaps don’t match your actual sheet. Re-check the paper settings using the Sheet Label Template guide for your interface.
  • Labels are slightly offset → Some printers have a built-in margin they can’t eliminate. Try adjusting the top/left margin in the template paper settings by 1-2mm to compensate.
