Print labels from Shopify admin

Use Print label in Shopify admin to generate labels for selected products. Have a saved BarcodeMan template ready before you start. If you need one, follow Create your first template.

Generate the labels

1. In Shopify admin, open Products and check the products you want to print.
2. Open the actions menu for your selection and choose Print label for BarcodeMan.
3. In the window that opens, choose your design under Template.
4. Check Quantity. For a selection from the product list, this is the number of labels for each variant. Selecting a product includes all its variants.
5. Click Generate. When the PDF is ready, click Open PDF.
6. Print the PDF using the matching paper size and 100% / Actual size. Check a small batch before printing the rest.

You can also open Print label from a product or variant’s detail page. Review the quantity each time before generating.

If your template cannot print from this window

If you see This template can’t be printed from here, choose another template or open the BarcodeMan app to print with it.

To select individual variants from a list or adjust their quantities separately, use the app’s product-label workflow.
