What it does
The Templates page holds the reusable layouts for your labels. Product templates use product data; address templates use order and recipient data.
Find, create, or manage a template
Which screen do you see? Choose the description that matches your app to see its steps.
New interface Create template and a three-dot menu with Duplicate template / Delete template. Earlier interface Create above a table with a Type column and separate pencil, duplicate, and trash icons.
New interface
Open Templates . Use the grid icon (Gallery view ) for visual previews or the list icon (Table view ) for a compact list.
Use Search template to find a template and Sort by to change the order.
Click a template to open its editor.
To create one, click Create template (or Create your first template for an empty list), then choose Product label or Address label and set up the paper.
To duplicate one, open its three-dot actions menu and choose Duplicate template .
To delete one, use the same menu and choose Delete template . Use Undo in the confirmation message if you need to restore it.
For bulk deletion, switch to Table view , select the templates using their checkboxes, and click Delete . The newer list is sorted by Updated at by default.
Earlier interface
Open Templates to see the table. Its Type column identifies product and address templates.
Use Search template to find a template. Click sortable column headings, such as Name , to change the order.
Click the pencil icon in the template’s Actions column to open it.
To create one, click Create , then select Product label or Address label in the configuration form.
To duplicate one, click its duplicate icon, then confirm with Duplicate in the dialog.
To delete one, click its trash icon, then confirm with Delete in the dialog.
The earlier table has no bulk-selection checkboxes; delete templates individually.
Good to know
If a template is missing from a printing page’s selector, check its usage. Product printing lists product templates; address printing lists address templates.
